Facilities Management Services supports student success by providing clean, safe, functional and welcoming learning environments. Our services include maintenance and custodial, minor improvement projects and agency interaction, mail distribution, shipping and receiving, grounds and landscape services, recycling, environmental health and safety, property management, and utility and energy management.
PCC is Oregon’s largest institution of higher education, covering a 1,500 square mile district with 2.6 million gross square feet of facilities and 367 acres of grounds. Facilities Management Services is responsible for operations of all PCC campuses and centers, except Vanport.
