Welcome to my homepage! I have been an artistic explorer all my life. I grew up immersed in the natural world of the Pacific Northwest and fascinated by the way things moved, lived and existed. That interest infuses my drawings, painting, sculptures and fiber arts. I love to learn new things and share artistic knowledge with others, as I often learn much from my students in return. I have been a middle school art teacher in San Antonio for most of my teaching career, and came to appreciate the unique landscapes, nature and people that inhabit Texas. Though I grew up in Oregon, I am still exploring career and artistic opportunities that abound in this corner of the state.
